- My Journey with the Cycle
- For years, my own life was shaped by the persistence of migraines, TMJ disorder, and chronic knee pain. I navigated the complex intersection of structural issues and the nervous system's protective responses. I know the exhaustion of trying to "power through" symptoms, only to find myself caught in a repetitive loop of pain and frustration. It wasn't until I learned to work with my body's internal current—rather than fighting against it—that I found a sustainable path back to the activities I love.
- My Approach
- I combine over 25 years of experience in health and wellness education with specialized training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Mind-Body Coaching. I believe that while pain is real, it doesn't have to be permanent. My work is centered on helping you interrupt the cycles of chronic symptoms by retraining the brain to recognize safety. My goal is to guide you back to your natural flow, where movement and daily life feel like yours again.
