Who is my coach?
- As a middle school health and wellness educator for 24 years, my ability to support and encourage have always been skill sets that I excel in. As a coach, I use active listening skills to help create powerful questions that assist my clients to learn about themselves and process what they might be thinking or feeling about any given situation.
- Growth will come with learning as a main tool. I expect myself to be a lifelong learner and I strongly encourage my clients to sharpen their tools in relation to acquired lessons, reflection, and future growth.
- In 2017 I acquired an Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In April of 2024, I completed coursework to prepare for obtaining a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) through the ICF. If you would like more information about the ICF please follow the link to the website. I also earned a masters degree in Community Psychology and a masters degree in Education (Professional Development).
